This website is operated by Vigro Space LLC, doing business as Ivy Sewing Patterns ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing a pattern, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Products and pricing

We sell digital sewing patterns (PDF files). Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We try to describe and photograph every pattern accurately, but finished garments will vary with fabric, sizing and sewing skill.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or a pricing error; in that case you'll receive a full refund.

Delivery

Patterns are delivered electronically as described in our Shipping Policy. You're responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout.

Pattern license and copyright

All patterns, instructions, illustrations and photos are the intellectual property of Ivy Sewing Patterns and are protected by copyright. When you buy a pattern, you receive a non-transferable license to:

• print the pattern and use it as many times as you like;
• make items for yourself, your family and as gifts;
• sell the finished items you make from the pattern, in any quantity, online or in person. No extra license is needed. A mention of "Pattern by Ivy Sewing Patterns" is always appreciated but not required.

You may not:

• share, copy, resell, trade or give away the pattern files or printed copies, in whole or in part;
• upload the files to any website, file-sharing service or online group;
• sell or distribute the pattern itself, or patterns derived from it, as your own design.

Refunds

Because our products are digital, all sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. If an order is refunded, the related download link is deactivated and the license for those patterns ends.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our patterns and website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fabric or materials used, arising from the use of our patterns. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
